When a visitor enters a name, telephone number, or address into a search form, that input goes to the third-party provider responsible for the results. Our servers do not retain a copy of the search. If you send us a message, we receive the details you choose to provide and use them to answer you.

We review aggregated information to maintain the site and learn which resources visitors use. Cookies or comparable tools may support basic analytics and, when present, advertising measurement.
How We Use Information
The limited information described above helps us run the site, diagnose errors, count visits, and improve content. We neither sell visitor lists nor assemble individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links may lead to City of Twentynine Palms services, San Bernardino County and California records offices, court portals, library collections, or outside search tools. Information submitted on a linked service is controlled by that service's privacy policy, not this one. The same distinction applies to sponsored search results furnished by an outside company.
Who May Receive Information
Vendors that host or support the site may process server logs for us. Analytics or advertising providers may receive the automatically collected information identified above. We may also disclose information when valid legal process requires it, but we do not otherwise distribute visitor data.
How Information Is Protected
An encrypted connection delivers the site. Server logs are kept only for as long as the stated purposes require. Because the site has no visitor accounts, it does not hold a user password or account profile.
Visitors Under 18
This service is meant for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger than 18. Please contact us if you believe a minor submitted such information so we can remove it.
